Game questions and feedback
For a game problem, include the game name, your browser and device, and what happened. A brief description of the steps leading to the problem helps. Screenshots are optional; remove personal details before sending them.
Never send passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. There is no need to provide the names of the people playing.
Privacy questions
Use the same email address for questions about information associated with your visit or an earlier message. Include only the details needed to understand your request.
Email is handled outside the website by mail services. Your address, message and any attachments are used to address your inquiry. The games do not record a player history that could be retrieved from an email address. See our Privacy Policy.
