These terms describe the intended use of NOT IT! and its four random-pick games.
For entertainment
The games are for casual group decisions and entertainment. Their fictional events and characters are part of the experience; the results are not advice, an assessment of a person, or a prediction.
Your group, your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use the results. Agree on the turn order and what being picked means before playing, and respect anyone who does not want to participate.
Do not use these games for high-stakes decisions involving safety, money, health, legal matters, or anything that could meaningfully harm someone. A result does not justify coercion, harassment, or a dangerous challenge.
Random results
Each round assigns a losing choice at random. A random result is not a guarantee of equal outcomes across a short run of games or equal odds for people taking different numbers of turns. Read How to Play for the mechanics.
Using the website
Use the site without disrupting it or attempting to interfere with other visitors. Features may change, and errors or interruptions may occur. If a round is interrupted, agree with your group whether to start again.

The Privacy Policy explains the site’s current data behavior. These terms may be updated as the site changes; the date above identifies the current version.
